If there was one thing about yourself that you wanted to change....What would it be? I would want to change my flabby arms .... I have really let myself go ughh

My wrinkles. As I lose weight my face is looking older. I think it is just extra skin on my face from fat loss. Age is a factor I am sure.

My mom had that happen with her skin but it bounces back.

I have done a lot of sitting in front of hospitals this week. Low step count.

    Steps

    7/16 4118
    7/17 10353
    7/18 10262

    7/21 1712

    How is Mace?

UPDATE! The diagnosis is very bad. Mace has a very aggressive form of liver cancer. There is no treatment that will make it better. The vet says we could do chemo but it won't change anything and I feel his last days should have quality of life. We will be giving him some natural remedies to stop the tumors from bleeding(which is what made him sick un the first place). That will be all. The doctor say 1 to 3 months. He's a strong boy so maybe he'll last longer.

We have been researching some holistic remedies for exactly what he has. We are hoping it helps.

    Thursday’s check in
    Calories: over
    Exercise: 23 minute walk
    Water: ✅

    Steps 7,632

    PW 199.6
    CW 198.4
    LTD 64.4

I am lucky to have lost weight this week. I have been eating every night around 10pm. I have messed up my 16/8 IF so I want to get that back on track. I am happy with the loss though.

I went and bought CBD oil to try for my shoulder yesterday. It worked great on the pain but it’s $50 a bottle and it only has 20 doses. I am finding all the other medications I am taking for it are starting to bother my stomach. Maybe I can find a cheaper brand at a different store but I think the prices are regulated.

It’s Friday and the grandkids are coming over again for the night. I am so glad they want to spend time with us.

    Today’s goals
    1. Walk 30 minutes ✅
    2. 10,000 steps
    3. Stay within calorie goal
    4. Drink 8 cups of water
    5. Bed by 11:30 pm
