    I want to get more walking in, but it’s still soooo hot. At 7pm it’s still 93 and with the the humidity here in the Houston area it feels like 103. Too hot. I’m ready for fall already 🤪

    @jessicakrall8 Thanks for asking. We are doing good. Everyone is out of quarantine. My son's girlfriend was the only hospital visit thankfully.

    It is time to dream up more challenges for the next month - what will help you stick to your goals? It is a blast to meet people from the other teams, and all get together on a particular challenge. It can relate to food, water, exercise - whatever you like! We have quite a good collection going, but it is always fun to add more.

    @jessicakrall8 I'm packing up the scale for my move cross-country. It's not clear when my movers will be arriving, so I won't be able to weigh-in for 2-3 weeks. Wish me luck without my daily checks!
