I am doing the fabulous50s. I found her by accident and I like her. I usually do two workouts the fat burning one then my daughter chooses the next one. Even my son joins in. I will try to remember the rules for I will also put the start weight I like to see that number as a reference not to back to it everyone else can ignore it lol.😁1

Sorry for being a day late. I have had a very hectic week and just rounding it off with weekend parties. Yeah! Parties from Friday till Sunday as the weather down here has been like a burning hell so people just celebrate one thing or the other, hopefully I will be able to work more on my exercise from Monday as time wasn't friendly with me during the working week and sure all these parties madness will be over at least for now. (I enjoyed them though).
So here is my weight for the week.

@jessicakrall8 please move me into the support group with a target weight zone of 133-143 lb. Is this all the info you need? Do I just keep posting each week?
I'm definitely going to be sticking around as one of the team motivators and so you can all help me achieve that elusive goal of maintenance.

That got me too at first! I much prefer the metric system. I still have to look each week on the spreadsheets to check what my PW was in lb. For the first few weeks I posted my kg in brackets next to lb to make it easier for myself if I needed to check back.1
