Trying this again...I had typed a whole paragraph here earlier that doesn't seem to have saved. I guess I should do it AFTER my morning coffee, not during. What I said was that I had a good day yesterday. I found out that there are Body Pump videos on YouTube, who knew?? I did one, using light weights since I hadn't done Body Pump in over a year. I expect I'll feel it today anyway. Hoping that THIS post saves as I don't want to do it a third time.2 -

Apparently I posted my MUAC, water and steps in the wrong thread. People in the other thread be like "WTH is that woman talking about??"3 -
I bought a fitness tracker and it finally came in a couple of days ago.
It's nice to be able to see exactly how many steps I'm doing and not have to carry anything in my hand. It's like a watch so it makes it easier to track my steps. The tracker is able to check my pluse and blood pressure.
I've increased my walking times.
(brisk walking indoors without the aid of my walker) big accomplishment for me, seeing how I have mobility issues.
Brisk walking: 40 minutes (20 in a.m & 20 p.m) and 40 minutes broken up in 5-10 minutes intervals throughout the day. As I build up my strength in my legs and the rest of my body, I'll be able to increase my walking and workouts.

10g net carbs, and that included bread! I found a zero net carb bread at Aldi today, along with some other good finds! Avocado oil, almond flour, clarified ghee, almonds, keto ice cream and the best prices I've found for almond milk, almonds, brussel sprouts, HWC, etc! Spent more than I planned, but it was worth it! Also picked up many snacks for my boyfriend.4 -

Felt good to be able to walk much more then I was doing. Increased my steps from 1,000 to a little over 3,000 a day and I only had a little issue with my balance. I think the more I walk and build up the strength in my legs, the balance issue will go away.
(Hopefully, 😊)

Aug Week 2
PW: 149.0

In hindsight I should have just passed on last week's weigh in rather than show a 5 lb gain followed by a 5.5 lb loss. 🤦 Will try to remember that if it happens again. 😊5 -

That is great to see you jump back and lose it all back quick! Great work3 -

Honestly, considering I had 3 days where I had extra food and drink, that isn’t bad. I wonder what it would have been if I had been good all week🤔
I’ll be back after next week. Keep up the hard work everyone!5 -
