    Which brand keto ice cream?
    "Sundae Shoppe"? It was 3.99ea at aldi... I bought one of each flavor:

    c0ywmp6sklvj.jpg

    The serving size is bigger than other brands, so that's why its 5g carb, I think!

    I bought a fitness tracker and it finally came in a couple of days ago.
    It's nice to be able to see exactly how many steps I'm doing and not have to carry anything in my hand. It's like a watch so it makes it easier to track my steps. The tracker is able to check my pluse and blood pressure.

    I've increased my walking times.
    (brisk walking indoors without the aid of my walker) big accomplishment for me, seeing how I have mobility issues.
    Brisk walking: 40 minutes (20 in a.m & 20 p.m) and 40 minutes broken up in 5-10 minutes intervals throughout the day. As I build up my strength in my legs and the rest of my body, I'll be able to increase my walking and workouts.

    @pandygirl1
    I'm glad you are happy with your fitness tracker. I'd like to get one as well. I hate carrying my phone with me to track steps.
    You are doing great. I think it is really good to break the exercise up into intervals.

    Water: 10 oz

    Trying this again...I had typed a whole paragraph here earlier that doesn't seem to have saved. :s I guess I should do it AFTER my morning coffee, not during. What I said was that I had a good day yesterday. I found out that there are Body Pump videos on YouTube, who knew?? I did one, using light weights since I hadn't done Body Pump in over a year. I expect I'll feel it today anyway. Hoping that THIS post saves as I don't want to do it a third time. :)

    Apparently I posted my MUAC, water and steps in the wrong thread. People in the other thread be like "WTH is that woman talking about??" :D:D

    @DaffyGirl88
    That's funny. I try not to post anything before coffee or past my bedtime because it could get posted anywhere or contain a lot of nonsense.
    How did the Body Pump exercise treat you. I hadn't heard of it, but I'll check it out.

    Enjoy your vacation. Camping sounds awesome. I would like to escape 2020 for a bit, as well. I hope that you get some great, fun exercise in. As well as some relaxation.

    The ice cream looks awesome. At least two of my favorite flavors. Cookie dough and peanut butter fudge.

    I'm going to roll my weight over this week because feel like a bloated cow. I've been trying to eat a more balanced diet and doing something first thing in the morning, even if a short yoga session is all I can do. So I hope next Friday I will start seeing the results.

    @brandi_84 I love Body Pump, it's created by Les Mills and is an hour long workout of 10 songs choreographed to hit the major muscle groups plus warm-up and cool down. For example you do squats for the duration of about a 4-minute song. Then do chest exercises for another song. Great workout! My gym is still closed so there are no classes available. 😟 If you do it enough you find your body wanting to do lunges or bicep curls when a particular song comes on the radio. 😂

    @brandi__84,
    I don't have a phone, just a cheap tablet and it was to hard to carry.

    Also, I won't be able to weigh-in the rest of August, my old scale just keeps showing "E" for error, when I try to use it. I don't know why it has new battery in it. I think it's just too old.

    A new scale has been ordered, but it won't be here until after the 1st of September. So I'm out of the challenge. Wil try for next month challenge. Sorry everyone.

    @lindamtuck2018,
    I've only had the tracker a few days, but so far it's good. It's called
    My Online fitness tracker. They have videos on YouTube, that you can check out. Their a cheap tracker around $30 with charger. I've only had it a few days, so far so good, hopefully, it will continue to work because I like using.

    A found a scale I can use but not in time for my weigh-in tomorrow. Can you use my weight from last week as my weight for tomorrow. I'll be able to weigh-in the rest of the month.
    I would like to stay in this challenge.
