    Feeling good. Exercising more although the knee really needs fixing, ha ha! Went on some really great hikes. I have a goal to be under 200 by New Year’s. Keep up the good work everyone!! Step by step, minute by minute. If you fall off the horse, get right back on!

    I have been impressed with the amount of participants in the MUAC these past couple of months. You are all doing a great job. Keep it up going! We are half way done with this week.

    Also, I made a mistake on the MUAC results and @schmonthei actually had 5 days of tracking, staying under and exercising, last week. Great job!

    @thedestar I am doing baby steps and just trying to include fruit or veggie with at least one meal a day. Once I get that habit down I will start adding them to two meals a day.
