Exercise yes 80 mini get up early walk before breakfast
Then i ride the stationary 25 min
Strength training 15 min
Then today also did treadmill of 20 min
My goals for today was calories stay at target 1300 but like always i over killed.
Water goal still drinking have 2 mor cups to go.
Tomorrow i hope will go little bit better in calorie range.
So use of eating 6 to 7 times A day gonna be hard to break.
Ok heres my Daily post for Sunday 27 sept ifcan still count.

This target range is going to take me couple weeks more .so hope you all stick with me i am a poor loser.
An medication is going to make it harder to lose from what i hear.

Track: no-I started out tracking and then my dad wanted me to take him down to the break fast for Yom Kippur....and then it went south.
Calories: not horrible, but definitely over

Busted out an old exercise dvd I bought forever ago and am gonna try to use it more.
Found a way to combat eating while watching tv at night. I started my Xmas gifts for friends and family. I have a lot of family portraits to crossstich!1 -

I wa doing good with calories until lunch time went to gas station to get pack of gum an here they were serving walking tacos (one of my deadly enemies).
Then later at around 4pm i ran up to get my paper oops another (enemy ) got me.
Supper was not so light had 3 french toast an syrup.
So made out my nightly report to indentify
The bad guys (lol).
I know where i stand an just need to put up a guard at.
Ok todays another day so all in all i lost a little weight even if it was (Peanuts)lol

Probably one of the most stressful days of my life so far and it wasn't even horrible (just perception) I just went from never having debt in my life from having worked since the age of 14 and having at LEAST a full time job since 17 to having a perpetual "running" tab at the hospital. I stressed myself out so bad that I couldn't talk without stammering and having long pauses which only made it worse. It took about 7hrs, but my speech is starting to come back. I'm also staggering a lot now with some jumpy legs. Apparently, you can't get stressed out or hot at all during an MS flare without it being debilitating.1 -

Hi everyone. My name is Lori. I have been using MFP off and on for a few years. Back in December I decided I needed to make some lifestyle changes. I was over 300lbs and feeling terrible. I have high blood pressure & pre-diebetes. I knew I needed to make some changes. So I started doing intermittent fasting and using MFP to track my eating. I have lost 70 lbs so far and my AC1 has gone from 6.1 to 5.2. And I feel great. I started keto in August because I hit a plateau. And it has been working.
