Sorry, I haven't been posting much. These past few days I haven't been feeling to good. Having little more pain and discomfort then I normally do.
Still watch what I eat, but haven't been able to exercise. I'm slowly starting to feel better, and I'll try to post something daily.
I usually don't log my food intake, nor count calories, just try to be mindful of what & how much I eat. I still lose weight because I also do some type of exercise. However, starting today I'll start logging in my dairy.3 -

@looneycatblue I went back to double check, the last weight we had was from the last week of Sept which was 168.8 so weighing in at 161.4 is 7.4 lbs for that week...0 -
