I have dark chocolate in house so took one bite an put rest up.then after that i felt good about not eating the recommended 4 squares.
Conquered today.

I started doing some flat stomach challenge video I found on YouTube and ugh my abs are sore! But this is I think promising. My other exercises I was doing I think were maybe too easy. I felt no burn. We’ll see how flat my stomach looks next week 🤣0 -

I finally was able to go on a solo bike ride today! This morning I was talking with my hubby about how I really only like biking but that it is hard to make time to go for a ride. Also our daughters get sad when I leave without them. He told me to just go. That I need to prioritize time for me and that I’m not being selfish or rude. It was just what I needed to hear. We also ordered a stationary bike! Should be here next week! I’m so excited about this!
NSV I think I look slimmer. I still have the flabby empty baby pouch of a stomach 🤣 but I think it is getting a bit smaller.0 -
