    logged: yes
    under: even
    exercise: no, it literally rained all day (which was a good thing), but I am using that as my excuse to not get in any exercise!!
    water: yes, 8 cups
    steps: 10,140

    It was a little tough to break even without formal exercise.....a customer dropped off homemade cinnamon sugar donuts!! (I only had one!!) Because it was raining and I did not want to go out, I decided to try on all of my fall clothes. Most of them fit, or didn't fit, the way that I thought they would, or would not, except the jeans that I bought last winter. They are quite comfortable when I put them on, but with the elastane in them, I know they will get loose pretty quickly. Fine for work, though, and much better than being too tight!!

    @HASWLRS
    I hope today is nicer. You did awesome having only one donut. They sound delicious.
    My husband brought home donuts and I had to really hold myself back.

    @erikNJ, Well, you are not going to get this gift from the universe two weeks in a row, so let this great, albeit unexpected, weigh-in be your motivation to kick it into high gear this coming week!!

    exercise: yes, just a 20 minute walk in the evening. It gets dark so early, that evening walks aren't as enjoyable right now. (When it's dark and it's evening, you just want to be inside!!) I may have to go in the mornings, even though the mornings are colder.
    water: yes, 8 cups. Would like that to be higher, but need to start drinking earlier in the day to make that happen!
    steps: 12,561

    @mooreshelly09, Hi Shelly! Yep, I am here! Still not completely in the zone....but nearly!

    @prehistoricmoongoddess, another great weigh-in after another successful week of logging your food, staying in a deficit and getting your exercise and your 10,000 steps in!!

    @HASWLRS
    I'm sorry your evening walks aren't as enjoyable. I love walking in the dark and the cold. I don't walk as much in the summer because it takes so long to get dark.

    WEIGH-IN

    Last week: 178.0
    Today: 174.4

    A new low number since I restarted my journey on April 1st ..... and 20.4 pounds gone!

    Today we are going to my parents' house for appetizers, drinks and dessert and to a nice restaurant in between for the main course. It's their way to host Thanksgiving, as mom doesn't cook for a group anymore (arthritis in her back makes cooking a chore). Yes, technically Turkey Day was last weekend, but we are not having a traditional turkey dinner, so the date is irrelevant, plus this one worked better for everyone. No logging will be done and exercise remains to be seen! Have a great weekend, everyone!!
