 Comments: Even with a birthday celebration, delicious BBQ food and healthy sides, and of course cake... I did a really nice long walk in the morning to bank some calories, stayed under budget, but used all of my earned calories and nearly went over.

 Another tough week. I'm not at home so I don't have same control over diet and activity. Did manage to lose a little my stepping up my walking. Trying to be patient as I find my new normal!2
