It’s been hard for me to stay focused while my sister is living with me. I love her and it’s been great having her around but I haven’t lived with her in a long time (25+ years). I tried to get an exercise routine established again but so far it hasn’t been working. And the eating hasn’t terribly been out of control, but not as dedicated there either. Anyway, just going to try at it again. I’ll get there. 🤞🏻
You will get back on track. You got this!Weigh-in

Track: Yes
Calories: Yes and No, I didn't really set a limit but if I had I'm sure it wouldn't have been 2055, so there's that.
Exercise: Yes, 30 mins walking on the treadmill
Comments: Today I got all my chores done and sat down and created a new workout plan. I hate how long that takes sometimes but planning is a necessary evil as I've learned. No plan=freedom to do nothing, and freedom to do nothing equals weight gain.....so planning it is.
Good for you. I set a goal of walking everyday and so far I’ve walked 5 days in a row. It’s been very good for my mental health.0 -

@Jen_967 Well I normally do Olympic style Weightlifting, but I'm switching gears and doing more of a muscle building phase so it's a little different, but if you want to know...here it is.
Some of these exercises can be done with gym equipment or modified to do them at home with different equipment.

No to all. One of my roommates came in contact with someone who tested positive for COVID this morning. The friend never told my roommate that she felt sick. Thus, roommate and her boyfriend have to quarantine, and I need to self-isolate-ish (avoiding everyone else at home and trying to keep a distance at my workplace). So much fun. Oh, and family can’t come up to NC for Thanksgiving. Might spend a quiet day at home instead.1
