I literally don’t have and clothes that fit me anymore. Between my birthday yesterday and thanksgiving today I feel so fat and disgusting.
Sorry guys. Just having a -feeling sorry for myself -wishing I could control myself moment.
I get you been this but this tomime around determined to succeed so when I go to these gatherings I put the control in other people's hands. For example had my sister make me one plate for dinner and dessert and cut me off. It's had to release that control but overtime a little step at a time and you'll get there. Goals/comments So did something didn't this year my intermittent fasting went to 25hours WOW didn't believe it myself so finally ate at 430pm had my sister make my plate one food and one dessert plate told her to give me small pieces and boy did and had a quarter glass of my favorite wine.
I usually eat 2 helpings or more and drank a whole bottle of wine cause would fill my glass to the top but self control. I also weigh myself Thursday morning to see where I was and weigh 491.6lbs and this morning 493.8lbs so there was a gain even though I control myself but I am still proud that I'm changing habits in my Lifestyle and not doing the norm.0 -
