Here goes!
Start weight: 175.5
Current weight: 171.5
4 pounds lost!
I was scared to step on the scale, but am so excited the numbers are going in the right direction! 4lbs in a week is probably not sustainable or healthy, but I'll just keep plugging along and stay committed. I'm pretty proud of myself for finally holding myself accountable and taking control of my diet. The biggest changes have been no beer and no chips. None. I'm a very black-and-white kinda gal so it's got to be absolute while I make these adjustments.

Good morning,
SW: 224.8
CW: 222.6
Just taking it one day at time, changing over my mindset and finding ways to stay active ( walking, dancing while I clean, calf raises while I brush my teeth, etc.). Hope everyone has an amazing day.3 -

I am so close to falling under 340 and that is one of my milestone goals!! Hoping to get under 340 tomorrow since I'll be going to the gym tonight.6 -

I’m 5.2 with small frame, so I basically want to get out of size 10 and into 4.
Did not add exercises yet, just walking and logging better.5 -
Challenge SW: 225
CW: 223.7
I'm happy about this. Considering I've been steadily putting on weight over the last 8 months, it's nice to see the weight start dropping.6 -
I'm so happy for every one of you! Small changes add up to big changes over time. You're all crushing it!5

SW: 173.5

I weighed less yesterday so there is lots of fluctuation going on. I am just happy it is going in the right direction.5 -
Woooooo hoooooo!!!! 🎉🎉🎉🎈🎈🎈🎈🎉🧡💐👏👏👏🎉
Congrats on the losses everyone!!!
I don't have a scale, so I have to wait til the next time I walk to town to use the scale at the farmacy, but I'm going to try and do that in about a since since that'll be my 1 month anniversary on MFP 🤓🤓 I'm excited because I've been doing well on my calories every day and upping my fitness, so I'm sure the #s are moving in the right direction 🧡💜 and even if they aren't moving yet, my body already feels soooo much better 🌈🌈
Keep it up amigas!!!! 👏👏👏5 -
Congrats 👏 everyone.2

Great job @MrsAcyprus2015! Way to stick with the program1

I just remembered that today is Wednesday! I've already had a bunch of water and coffee and since I always weigh before doing that, I am going to hold off and weigh in tomorrow.
How's everyone doing? With almost 2 weeks done (for this challenge), is the scale starting to move?2 -
Good morning!
SW: 185.8 (11/9/2020)
CW: 176.9
Last few days have not been my best but I'm still tracking. I've only had alcohol a couple of times this month and that helps me a lot. I think just being mindful of proportions has been the biggest thing for me. I'm still eating what I want just not overeating.
Have a great day!4 -
Great job @mrsshots2011! You are seriously crushing it!1

Back down to 340.2 after all those water weight fluctuations. I can't believe your body can swing between weights so fast!5

Challenge SW: 225
11/18: 223.7 (trend 224.9)
11/25: 224.2 (trend 224.1)
I woke up really sore this morning, thinking it's delayed soreness from Monday's weight training, so I'm not surprised the weight is up on the scale. However, I am having a downward weight trend, so that is what is important. I had a great week in that everyday I tracked my weight and stayed within my calorie goal. I also did some sort of exercise everyday and met my weekly step goal. I am glad to see that I am establishing healthy habits and I know the scale with eventually catch up. I need to take some updated measurements.6 -
