Knee bends are really hard for me; so Imma keep doing last months. Besides, it's printed out and sitting next to the dumbbells. So handy! :)

We walked 2.95 miles in 62 mins yesterday. Today I will workout w/my trainer for 60 mins. We will walk after I get home. Hopefully, I will get my sweet DH to walk for more than 3 miles.

DH did not do more than 3 miles, but I did!! 4.5 miles in 83 mins. Couldn't get a 15 min mile, but I did get a 16.36 min mile for my 1.5 miles by myself. Getting there! :D

Shelley, she has been really good for me. She researches everything. Yeah, I wish Sara was still working out with me. She is a blast!

Yesterday...I worked out for 60 mins w/my trainer. She is kicking up my exercises, and I'm pretty happy about it!

    Chris

Chris this is wonderful. It is time to kick them up a bit. And speaking of kicking, kick DH butt for not keeping up! Girl power! Whoop, whoop.

Kathy I am inspired by all that you are doing lately. And love to see you on here more often. I loved taking my mom on errands when she was visiting. Enjoy.

Karen, you keep at it. I think it will be sunny this weekend also. B)

Paula that is hilarious! I am glad I am not the only person who prints them out. ;)

So last night I did kettlebells. It has been a while since I did them. And my inner thighs started to cramp up. I am a bit sore today. But going to keep at them.

Paula I am still trying to get that Burpee Kettlebell to open. I have done pushups with them, but not burpees!

Wow Paula. He has huge arms. But his legs are not. Just goes to show mother nature is in charge. I wish I knew how much each bell weighs. I bet they are over 35 each. What a neat gym he has.

I did pushups with my kettles earlier today. I will have to increase the size. I want muscles of steel. So how many have you done so far? ;):p;)

Dual workouts today 50 minute walk - 2.6 miles and 50 minutes on recumbent bike - 10.57 miles. I have only one thing to say about the burpees with kettle bells...crazy!

Y’all are inspiring me. Going to do a upper body workout on you tube this evening.

Kathy and Paula even I agree that kettles and burpees together are nuts. How are you supposed to slap those knees/thighs when you jump up with bells in your hands? You are sure to break something!

But since you are wanting to do an upper body workout Kathy, just for you, since it is Christmas..

Kathy baby steps girl. Start out with just a minute. You can do anything for a minute. Keep adding until Christmas and see how much improvement you made. If you love the song it will help you get it done. Music always sees me through.

Did my kettle bell workout. Increased the weight where I was ready. Added some pushups.

Always better walking with a friend!

Kathy you and Chris did great!

I did another Kettle bell workout last night. Added 10 minutes of abominable work in the end. Added the 10 pound bell into most of the exercises. Gunslinger I kept at 7 pounds. You have to hold the bell out in front of you, one handed, for a while. Without letting it drift downwards. So it is just like the name implies. Hold the bell like it is in a holster like the wild west shootouts. Then "draw" and point, shoot. It is fun ladies!
