The Green Challenge Percentage of people who lost weight this week. No matter how small the loss the weights are recorded in green. Remember that even if your team doesn’t rank the highest in weight loss for the week you can still be the Green Percentage winner by having the most losses in your team! So keep it up!!0

Monday am check in:
I emotionally ate all weekend. As if this am the damage was only 0.8, but we all know that sodium can take a minute to show.
I made a big pot of soup yesterday. We will have this throughout the week. It is yummy and low cal. I have prelogged today and focusing on not binging!!! I have not given up on the 165 goal for 12/31!!!!4 -
@Beka3695 YOU GOT THIS!!0

@Beka3695 and @boehle - please move me to support team for the rest of December. I’ll be back in January. Life is just way too much right now: I have way too much work right now and I’m toeing the line of a burnout diagnosis, trying to deal with it and fix the problems of my job with my boss to make it more manageable and move into a better role in the beginning of next year, while also clearing a s**t ton of emotional baggage with my boss who I have a complicated relationship with, I have slept one (1) full night in the last month, we’re in lockdown and my boss is the only non-family-member I’ve seen in person outside of work hours, we’re moving into our new apartment in 10 days, and on top of all this I found out yesterday that I have a dead younger brother.
So yeah, I need to drop something. I’ll be back for January, hopefully.5 -
Monday check in for me. Weekend was very blah with my personal issues at home, and adding in the fact of they are taking my grandma off any support thats keeping her alive, to let her go in her own time. I haven't heard anything yet so I assume she is still going.
I ate a pint of blackraspberry chocolate chip ice cream last night in bed while I cried. I needed both those things. Alright, back to work for a bit. Have a good day team.6 -

It looks like a lot of others are in the same boat this week...this has been a ROUGH week! Not really looking forward to weigh in tomorrow as I haven't tracked this week and only got a few workouts in. We had a shocking death in the family this week which brought unexpected house guests and upheaval. Things are settling now, but I think my goal through the holiday is just consistency and not gaining at this point. I hope some of you are having a good week!4

Sending some strength and love to everyone right now!!!1

I am very pleased with this little loss that is getting me closer to where I was. I didn't log food at all last week with all of the stress and family stuff we had going on. Back to it this week. I also drank more than I should have and need to stop! Every time I start drinking again my sleep gets worse and worse. Good luck this week all!3 -
Sending my thoughts and prayers to everyone struggling! I hope things get better for you all soon.1

I don't really know what works right now with my body for weight loss 😂🤦♀️😣. My progress graph is so disappointing from the past 3 months. Ive tried a lot of things to get back on track, and really am okay with slower progress...as long as there is SOME progress.
I have tried so hard to recalibrate to a lower daily calorie goal and I just could not figure out how to do it. It sparked a cycle of binge eating and really agonizing hunger. I'm trying to up my activity instead, with a 1lb per week goal (instead of 1.5).
The good news: I was very worried going on anti-depressants that I'd start gaining again, but thankfully I think its really helping with my motivation instead.5 -

Happy for you that it worked out to give you motivation instead of gaining. Win!
I love that you decided to up your activity instead of cutting calories. It's no fun being hungry!1 -

Glad the motivation is up!
I would recommend evaluating the calorie burn you’re choosing also though. I personally find it better to underestimate my calories burned via exercise. Some of yours looked to be on the high side to me, but maybe you are having some super intense cardio sessions, so maybe that’s accurate. I would never burn that much in the same window though, so I thought I would mention it. I don’t want you to get discouraged if you eat those calories back and then don’t lose weight.
Let the journey continue! 😊0 -

You seem to have a healthy grasp on this. You realize that you cannot cut your calories too far without negative consequences- this is a hard lesson to learn.
Making positive life changes can be the bigger win over immediate weight loss.
Yay about the antidepressant!1 -
