Everyone take a look at the spreadsheet. On the far right is a "LTD" column that should be your total Loss To Date meaning the total amount of weight you have lost. This is your high water mark on the scale so it might be a big number. If nothing is showing it's because we don't have your high water mark weight. If you have a blank, post your high water mark weight and I'll get it entered. Total progress is something to track in addition to your weekly Trimstone performance.0

I have a blank there. My starting weight was 207. Thanks!1 -

For anyone who's been successful with losing weight with intermittent fasting, how'd you keep the weight off? I did a 3 week IF challenge (16:8) awhile ago, and lost about 10 pounds. I found that it was easy to stay in a calorie deficit and I adapted to it quickly. But then I didn't stay on top of my calories and gained the weight back. Anyone have a success story?0

I'm a partial success story, I've gained back half or so after 8 years. What seems to have the greatest impact on my me besides my jeans is a daily weigh-in. There is something powerful about that visual feedback from the scale that says, "no, those portions are larger than you think". It's so easy to rationalize, real feedback helps you stay on track.2 -

@echojuliet21 I’m new to this challenge too and it took me a while, but I found the spreadsheet! There’s probably a better way, but here’s how I got to it:
Scroll up to the top of this board. Look for a clickable link called FAT TO FIT WEIGHT LOSS CHALLENGE. Click on it and it takes you back to the main board. There, in Red letters is the link to the January board.
Hope this helps!1 -
