Hello everyone!
Just want to say I enjoy being a part of this group. My goal next year is to be more active with posting. Knowing there is a weigh in on Wednesdays keeps me accountable with logging and being active. I also like reading everyone's motivational and inspiring stories.

I've found that trying to post here every day has been sooo helpful for me! I love this idea of setting daily goals 🤓 even if I don't meet all my goals, it at least reminds me to try and motivate myself every day 💛💚💜🌼
I biked to town and weighed myself today. 184 lbs, same as last week 💫 not a surprise... I can tell i am bloated since my TOM is starting 🧘 so hopefully next week will show a nice drop 🤞🤞✨

Holiday over eating. However, my weight is all over the place currently and I think it might be because of my osteoarthritis in my left knee. My knee has been crazy sore over the last almost 2 weeks. Doctor put me on a new drug on Thursday so hopefully it works because the pain is just so bad. Fyi I usually keep going if my knee hurts because my osteoarthritis is already severe but this time I just can't. I askedmy doctor if we can amputate it but he said no 🙄🙄🙄4 -

I'd like to but no money to do that, my friend who has a pool lives too far and I start a new job on Monday 18 January. I'm excited about the new job as its as a Junior Legal Secretary but I'm also nervous about my knee. When I have been in the pool at my friend's house, my knee is still really sore unfortunately. Hence amputation would be a lot easier 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣4 -

So, because my body hates me, I fell down the stairs yesterday 🙄🙄🙄 Landed on my left knee which has the worst osteoarthritis 🙄🙄🙄 Its difficult to walk especially up or down any stairs as I have to take them 1 at a time 🙄🙄🙄
In good news, the information seminar for weight loss surgery was interesting and I got my provisional weight loss goal of 5-6 kgs (from 120.75 kgs at the seminar). There isn't really a time limit as such either. I have a dietitian zoom group call on Tuesday 16 February.3 -

I'm loving having a scale at home!! It's amazing how much my body fluctuates in weight throughout the day! I can go up at least 4 pounds in a day. My lowest weight was yesterday morning at 179.8 but I'm not counting it because it was first thing in the morning and I think I was a little dehydrated. I'm waiting until each new weight is consistent before I make it MFP official 😁🌈✨
