    Hi all, this will be my last log in for a while. I am going through a bit of a crisis in personal life. My safety and well being are fine, just the stress. that goes along with being an expat during the pandemic. These are my Sunday numbers, I have been doing keto and exercise the past couple weeks and the results are incredible. I wish you all the best.

    @echojuliet21 I am SO sorry you're having stress issues during the pandemic. I completely understand as I've had many friends and family who have dealt with it as well. Would you like me to have the MODS move you to inactive so you stay in the team, or would you prefer to leave and then re-register when things improve?

    Congrats on your loss this week! Keep following your program, as it's obviously working quite well for you. Try to take some time to just "breathe" and relax...taking long walks will help to clear your head too. I'll be praying for you...

    Hi folks, been awol. I've been feeling really lousy, thought I must have covid. Got a test, negative. Could be just run of the mill flu. Anyway, despite eating junk for a week I'm still level. Now, back to the couch.
