Add me to the list of gaining weight back this year. Mine's around 40 lbs. I'm tweaking macros with the help of my dietitian and doing virtual appts with her every two weeks for now. Trying daily weigh ins after weekly ones showed I gained three pounds in a week and I know I didn't eat an extra 10K calories. Kind of glad I'm not alone too, @sufferlandrian

1 mile walk, it's still raining here. I may have to switch to swimming soon by the looks of it.

@dave it finally stopped and is in the low 40s. Just did 1.2 miles with the neighbor with the foster. All the walking involved in his care has given her a stress fracture on her left foot. She's going to have to give him up, she's been walking 6-8 miles a day with him. I'm appreciating becoming a cat momma.

3 miles today puts me at goal! 50/50

Like many people I put on weight last year. Since November I've been working at taking it off and I'm happy to say I'm now back to where I was a year ago. Hang in there, friends. These are tough times so do what you can and don't be too hard on yourselves. When things improve you'll be able to get back into the groove with healthy habits.

I got 7 pounds off since the first of the year but I notice my skin has lost its elasticity. My husband said don't lose anymore but I feel better when I'm down about 6 more pounds. I never stay there very long & starts inching back up. I lift weights in my class 3 times per week & do a good cardio workout but we are getting older & our bodies don't burn as efficient as it use too! Also, like I tell my class members "working out, running, walking, biking etc won't out burn a BAD diet"! It all begins in the kitchen & what we put in our mouths!! I am NOT overweight but I have a certain weight where I feel free but is more saggy skin worth it!!!
I agree with what was posted earlier about changing up your workouts! If you walk then take some hills or speed up enough to where you are almost running for only certain amount of times, add some REAL weight lifting. I mean where its hard to do 10. If your gonna work it then build it is what I tell my ladies!! You burn calories quite awhile after you lift weights!! Biking is good but your body gets use to that too, so take up jogging add some weights, go take a class, do something different 3 times a week to where your body says WTH? is going on and starts to burn some calories. After you go burn that great amount of calories I suggest you reward yourself with GOOD food!! Don't think you deserve something that got you working harder in the first place! We ALL deserve to feel good AND to be HEALTHY but it's like anything worthwhile it's not free & we have to WORK damn hard for it! We are worth it, don't listen to that little tyrant say oh come on it won't hurt! Because it ALWAYS does!! If you want it , its yours. Now go get it!!

Since being on last: it has gotten ABOVE zero out, but with the wind chill it's still not fun to be outside!
I am at 66 MTD from walking & the ex bike!

Woke up to discover the cold front made it to Florida. Yesterday it was in the 80s and I was struggling to run in the heat, especially after having spent two weeks up north in the snow. This morning it was in the 50s. So I figured run while it's fun! 10k completed this morning to put me at 57/50.

    Enjoy your weekend!

Add me to the list of gaining weight back this year. Mine's around 16 lbs. I'm glad I’m not alone too. As @Libbi_KK and @anaconda469 have said … Covid, isolation, social distancing (oh and winter) all take their toll. I’ve not attended any classes at the gym for a year now and I’m not sure when I will when the lockdown ends ....
