Week 1: 4 miles walk, 4 miles run (total)
Week 2: 4 miles walk, 18 miles run (total), stretches
Week 3: 0 exercise ( rough week in Texas with power cuts for more than 48 hours, freezing temperatures and too much office work. All I tried is to survive this week)0
Had a rough couple morning WIs - I weigh every day so i do know that there are fluctuations but two days in a row I was up a lb - even though I was on track...well actually I went a bit over yesterday!
Exercise: Yes, pickle ball and swimming laps!

Ugh, kind of depressing. Yesterday I was 173.3 so not sure why I was up today! Maybe next week will be better.
