    Exercise: Yes. Walked for 20 minutes this evening. I know it's not much but it was all the time I had.
    Goals/Comments: Tomorrow, I'm focused on getting my water in. Water has always been a struggle for me.

    Goals/Day/Comments: was nice to sleep in an extra hour and a half due to rest day, but back to the grind now!
