Kinda bummed because I felt like I did so good this week. But I guess I did more damage over the past weekend than I thought. Just a reminder to myself- it's so important to log everything even if I'm going to go over my calories. Seeing the red and knowing for sure how much I'm over is better than just going on a mindless binge.
