165 lbs. No change, but it's been solidly consistent over the past few days. I WILL break below 165 by next week! It's getting easier with the better weather and longer days

Down 1 lb from last week. Finally feeling better so i think I'm going to have to up my exercise over the next 2 months in order to reach my bday goal π΄π

My weight was pretty elevated this past week. Back down to 166 this morning, but no drop this week. Not a surprise as i haven't been at the top of my game. A good reminder to get back on the grind for this final month βΊοΈ
If i crack down this month i can still make my birthday goal β¨β¨ time to get back in focus!!!

No loss or gain for me this last week again. Not surprising as my calories have been up. I'm feeling satisfied with maintenance though as I've been really enjoying myself. I should crack down for these next 3 weeks though. I want to really feel like I've earned my birthday treats π§‘

Down a pound but I'm thinking I actually maintained. TMI but I weighed without clothes because I was just about to get in the shower when I remembered and I have long hair so I figured if I waited till after and my hair was wet it would make me heavier. π2

I always pee and get naked before stepping on the scale. Every little bit helps! haha3 -

Well, I quit logging into this challenge when I went away to ski for a week and I didn't get back into it. Hence, my problem...I cannot stay consist. I'm going to try to get to 168.5 by the end of this challenge so I can say that I lost 5 lbs.
@3greyhorses - Thank you for all the posts and good advice. I just read the one on how to lose weight in 2 weeks and will be working on it.4 -
