My sleep was terrible last night again. I ended up doing some night time snacking. Not a full blown binge but just somethings I should not had. The weather cleared and I got my walk in yesterday. I will go today depending how my leg feels after grocery shopping.
Happy Saturday!4 -
@Megan_smartiepants1970 I'm glad the shoes are supporting you so well. It is amazing that you are able to walk without pain, considering your current screw issue. That is frustrating to want to walk a lot but pay for it later. Fingers crossed that the solution is worth the process.
@rwood566 Nice loss and you got to still enjoy the burger!
@Piqueaboo I think that's a great loss! You are consistently working your program
@beautyofdreams - please let us know when your interview is posted! I would not want to miss it, you have worked so hard to get where you are going. I hope you can find exercise that keeps the pressure off your foot.
@Tazaria87 Doesn't it feel so good to clear things out!!! I'm doing a small amount and it seems to feel bad before it feels good - right now there are several boxes and items by the front door and things seem messy. This place sounds great - good luck
@rlaskey2 Your steps are amazing. I tell myself I don't have the time but I actually do - I devote it to Netflix. I agree with @lindamtuck2018 that your meals are always sounding so tasty
I have not exercised much the last couple of days. My red healer has been very lethargic and I find that I don't go on my walks if I can't take my dogs because I don't want them to feel bad. I guess that might be a little weird. The mobile vet has come by and I found out he has lost 4 lbs in one month! I've been treating him for worms and showed her the bottle - turns out, he has a different kind of worms. She gave me meds for the correct type. Meanwhile, I left the other bottle out and when I came back from running errands saw that he had eaten half of the plastic bottle and all of the fluid was gone. He had bad issues doing the night - several places on the floor, and was pretty down for most of the day. After that, he is bouncing back - almost to normal self. The vet said he must have really cleaned everything out and now with the right medication he will be totally on the mend. I could tell this morning he was his jumpy self and that was a relief. We will be back to our walks.5 -

I weighed in this week on Monday, April 5 = 192.0
I have been on spring break as I am a teacher. I went to take care of my mom and I don't get data at her place. This was the first time since the pandemic began that I slept over at my mom's apartment. Anyway, it was impossible to log in. Then I got home and packed to go see my daughter in St. Louis. I'm still in St. Louis, but there's internet. Yay! It's a rainy day, so I'm unsure if there will be much to do. Anyway, here are my steps. I don't remember when I last updated my steps, so I will put the information from a lot of days. I am so sorry Megan. It is now pouring here, so I think there will be very few steps today. I did morning yoga, so that's at least something.

I’m excited to be working my way down. I really think the 1 lb at a time goal is what works for me. It gives me small successes, which helps a lot.
Spring break is coming to an end, which is a bummer...but that also means my steps will get back to normal. I definitely took the week to give myself a little rest. I stayed busy and productive, but it definitely reflected in my steps.5 -

@Megan_smartiepants1970 4/4: 41 steps (yes 41). That was the day I felt AWFUL, so I literally stayed in bed all day.

I’m excited because for the first time in about 2 years I was able to get into my old jeans without feeling like a stuffed sausage. There is definitely still some snugness, but it’s not like it was! I was actually able to wear them out in public, and feel comfortable. It also makes sense because I find myself pulling up my current jeans more often, and there’s also more room in the thighs than there once was.
It’s nice to actually SEE progress.4 -
Just got back from a 2 hour and 20 minute walk ....6.25 miles ..nice breezy day ..felt good to get out there...4

Loss w/ MFP since 4/17/20 100lbs!
LTD 153lbs
A month or so ago, I came up with a mini goal of getting to 100lbs lost by my 1 year anniversary of the start of this journey (April 17th). I am sooo happy to have reached this goal, and a week early even. This past year hasn't always been easy, but it's definitely always been worth it. Next week, with ANY loss, I'll move into the normal category for weight for the 1st time in my life.

numbers for 4/10:
steps - about 1000 again. left the fit bit on charge all day since the last time i tried to charge it i had it upside down and it didn't charge. wasted a whole day that time. i washed the car windows and went grocery shopping. other than that i stayed home with a case of the blahs.
calories - under 1800 but i still feel bad about my choices today. i hope i get some good sleep tonight so my mind will be better tomorrow.
exercise - nope. shook my arms around trying to get all the dang streaks off my windshield, otherwise nothing to be proud of.
@Tazaria87 the biggest congrats to to your century goal. i wish i could say it'll be easier after that.
congrats to all of our saturday weigh-ins. nice numbers. we should do great in the numbers this week.2 -

Hi, I´m quickly passing by.
My life is going super busy with everything and even if I am following the diet, the weight is not helping anymore. It´s quite annoying I must say.
I still did not get any info from the hospital about the reasons why my weight is so *kitten* up.2 -

Had my son first soccer game of the season and it wasn’t too cold which was nice. Had a lazy day because I woke up super early stressing out about finding a job. Waking up very early for me is never good because I am more hungry all day.
I wanted to go for a walk on the beach all day since it was beautiful here and waited around for my friend but by the time she was free we ran out of time and just walked the neighborhood instead. We ate dinner out .4 -
@Tazaria87 amazing job reaching that goal! I can’t imagine was that feel like. You should be so proud of your hard work.2

Wahooooo Downsizers!!!
The Green Challenge Percentage of people who lost weight this week. No matter how small the loss the weights are recorded in green. Remember that even if your team doesn’t rank the highest in weight loss for the week you can still be the Green Percentage winner by having the most losses in your team! So keep it up!!

I am glad your dog is feeling better. Walking is fun when we have a dog to keep us company. Enjoy your walk!

My sleep sucked again last night and once again I ended up snacking. It wasn’t pretty either. This is 4 nights of not being able to fall asleep. Stress and sleep affect my eating more than anything else. I need to get a grip as my weight was way up there this morning. After a year of restrictions and lockdowns I don’t know why this one is stressful. Anyway, something for me to work on this week.
