For some reason, my edit access was removed on the spreadsheet, but I have asked to be added back and at that point I'll be happy to make any needed updates!

@annabananamc my sheets started acting up earlier....

I've got access back to our accountability sheet AND the May sheet for all teams, so that's great.

However, my weight for last week is wrong and I am not sure if I should change it at this point. I actually went up last week and it shows as a carry over. If I change it we may not have won last week - that's a whole can of worms and stuff so maybe I should just leave it alone and figure it will work out with this week? @cmhubbard92 is that what you would advise?

@annabananamc, don't worry about affecting last week's results. Ashley never goes back and makes changes when this type of thing happens....it's just not worth it. I would change it, though, so that it is accurate, and so that it does not interfere with this week's results!

And well done on the blood pressure!!

    @HASWLRS -
Thanks! That's a good point about this week's results, so I went and corrected last week. I also logged your weigh-in for this week, and noticed we don't have one from you for last week. Was that a carry-over week for you or should I look back and update yours, too?

Today started off with an unexpected meeting taking the place of my walking time. Hope to recover and get some exercise in!!!

    Week 2 - Day 6
    Track - Yes
Under Cals - No; may have sabotaged the week 2291
    Exercise - Yes, begrudgingly
    Caloric Goal: 1450/Daily = 10150/Weekly
    Step Goal: 10000/Daily = 70000/Weekly

    Boxing Goal (3x’s a week)
    ✖️🥊✖️✖️🥊✖️🔘

    👟Challenges💧
    5772 Steps
    72oz

My family ordered Papa John’s and I didn’t have any, but I did overeat to the point of being physically sick and I have not done that in a long time! Trying to make sense of it, here’s my assessment:
So I felt like I had a good amount of sleep but I’m not really sure because took my tracker off IN my sleep(lol..that was new, it never bothers me); my mood was GREAT(oddly enough I was in a weirdly sad funk the day before); I did get up earlier then usual which got me hungrier earlier and so I ate when I’m normally fasting; I passed on dinner which I was pretty proud of myself for resisting the smells of buttery garlic breadsticks!; I stuck to keto friendly foods all day but after dinner I thought, I CAN NOT eat another thing!! But then an hour later there I was, forcing myself to eat.. I made my habitual after-dinner snack(double the serving)
Something definitely psychological going on but after years and years of this I never know why I do it. Hopefully me breaking it down will help me get a handle on it for the time being! [end analysis]

Hopefully everyone is having a great weekend!

Nope....did not weigh-in. Did nothing but sabotage my life, apparently.

So sorry that you had "one of those nights". I hope that breaking it down helped you. I think I will do this, too. I need to at least try to get it down in writing. But later...first I need to eat breakfast and water my plants and then get them out of the sun.

NO, please don't go beating yourself up. You do so much positive for all of us - always encouraging and supporting us. Life goes up and down, just like weight. Being here is important, caring work and you are one of the best!

Please be kind to you and feel my virtual HUG coming your way!

    Good afternoon!

For those of you that are part of the step/water challenge, I have *hopefully* fixed the spreadsheet. If it's still not working, please let me know. I managed to tinker with it from my laptop(which I seem to rarely use these days!)

I did protect a few columns from editing, to prevent formulas and whatnot from being changed in the future. If you happen to notice something weird happening to your formulas, or if you would like to change your step goal, or if you would like to be added/removed from the step/water spreadsheet, please let @annabananamc or me, @cmhubbard92 know! Just make sure you tag us, so we can get it taken care of ASAP for you! :)

On another note, I will be checking in a little more frequently than I have been recently. I need to go through my logs from the week, but I will be posting a bit of a check in later.

WT..??!! And we’re sure this is no typo, right? Lol🥵💦 What a great accomplishment! I guess I’ll stop bragging about my 28k/in a day record now! Lmbo! I don’t think my body would allow it and maybe yours was trying to tell you something! I hope you recover quickly because I love the motivation you bring!

Catching up with my MUAC for the week. I definitely drank over my water goal (a minimum of 80oz per day) but didn't track the amount of extra water I drank. I'll start tracking again today! I have a 5mi run planned for today(I am actually going to try reaching the 10k badge the week, so I may run that extra mile). Happy Sunday, team! :)

Lol, Thank you! I hope to recover quickly. My knee is still swollen today & I'm hobbling and my negative mind is telling me I'm to old for trail running but I need to keep reminding myself, I would rather get injured doing something I love then not enjoy life at all😊 ( "trying to" take every thought captive)

@DaffyGirl88 the second half was a real drag!!! Bahaha!!!🤣

I'm equally as impressed reading how well you all are doing, wether steps, food or water intake...( Something I've been terrible at and has greatly improved since joining this challenge 💖)
