Water: 80+ [I'm going to just start saying yes on water, too. I always drink 80+ daily. I start off before I get out of bed with 16oz and keep going from there, so once I get to 5 I just say 80+ on the spreadsheet]
Today and tomorrow I'm having dental work - root planing - so expect I should stay under with soft foods, provided I stay out of the ice cream!0 -

@Krysless2 just a heads up I only rank members that complete their goal, so in steps category, you, me and gamommy would not be in the ranking. But everyone completed their water goal, so thats fine. I'm going to try getting the results going out weekly now that things have settled down a bit.1

Just as a heads up @krysless2 @annabananamc if you put an equal sign qt the beginning, it will add with the plus sign...
For my other challenges, I sometimes will put =25+44+17 and it will add all my minutes together if there are a lot. Just something to know you don't need to use word formulas to make it add/subtract/divide etc..1 -

Turns out I have a vitamin d deficiency along with my anemia (iron levels in the low end of good only due to taking two iron supplements daily), so I'm starting on a vitamin D supplement. I know it takes a while to start working, but at least I know what's been dragging me down next up is planning my obgyn and dental visit and I think I'll be caught up!2 -

Last night I had two coworkers over that I hadn't seen since we started teleworking in March of last year. I tried to pre-log and stay away from the snack table as much as possible but I'm sure that I missed some. I did drink more water than wine so that was good. It was just so good to see real people live and in person. Especially people that I used to see for 9 hours a day. Another small step towards normalcy.

Second COVID vax day for me today! ๐๐I felt only a minor sore spot on my arm and no other side effects last time so hoping for the same. I am going to wait and take my kickboxing class tonight so hopefully it will help with arm soreness.
Looking forward to some things getting back to normal but not all.... I don't want to go back into the office. I love working from home and never want to wear pants with a zipper or wear real shoes again!4 -

Had dental work yesterday and it took me out most of the rest of the day, so it was a planned no exercise day.
Having more done this afternoon - hoping to get a walk in but in general an emotionally down day for me...long story....hoping things improve!2 -
Well that was the first time I ever threw up water during a work out! I thought it was a pretty great work out too. Not too difficult and not too easy. Maybe it was too early or I drank too much water right when I got up. Regardless, from here on, I think Iโll give myself an hour after I wake up and have my first thing of water.4

@Krysless2 I've never had that happen, and only seen it on the Biggest Loser! Probably too much water all at once.2 -

Today was a hill workout (10 minutes warm up, 10 minutes cool down and 8 hill repeats(run uphill 20 seconds, run back to start, repeat). I got back home, grabbed the puppy, and drove to a little hiking area near us where a coworker and I hiked for a while. It was a good day I've been preparing my breakfast and lunches the night before, and pre logging my food for the next day. I've stuck to it the past few days, and haven't felt terribly rushed in the mornings like I sometimes do... Hubby's new anxiety medication has been suppressing his appetite (or he's nauseous and hasn't told me) so I haven't made dinner this week-just a yogurt with granola or some cereal with fruit for dinner. Tomorrow I will hopefully recieve my hellofresh order, and plan to make a new healthy dish for dinner tomorrow2 -
