I did over 14,000 steps today....
Son & his family are coming in 11 days ... Its a great time to do my summer CLEAN-Up
and that way ... I will be able to just enjoy their visit, less cleaning when they are here
added bonus ... it will give me more exercise....

Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? I probably did, because I barely ate anything.
Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Not officially; I did not write anything down or enter it on MFP, but again, I barely ate anything.
Pass days used: 8/3, including June 28.4 -
Exercise at least 20 minutes? Barely, but yes.
Tracked everything? Sort of. I had dinner out with friends and wasn't sure how to track what I actually ate, so guesstimated on things in the MFP database that sounded close.
Within calories? No. And it was probably worse than it looks.
Sigh... truly good time calories shouldn't count, no matter how much or little you eat. Hahaha!
