Yay Gutbusters! We did great in week 1! And big congrats @AngelxAnnih - fantastic first week!

I’m aiming to eat within my daily calories today, 5 servings of fruit/veg and meet my protein goal. I got up early and did my morning run and then weights. Today is going well so far, just have to not crumble this afternoon!

Checking in! Yesterday was a bust - work was a bit stressful and I couldn’t get out to take my planned walk. Did OK on calories though.

Today is so far going well, but still need to exercise!

    Thursday check in:

I have plans with the daughter today, so mainly exercise will be walking with her. I'm not doing great about tracking my food (and I need to get better), but I am doing pretty well on not binging on anything and eating fairly solid nutritional choices. Tomorrow will be hectic, so I'm hoping to continue with the unfocused focus!

Exercise: yep, 14k steps, a good leg workout.
Food: tracked but about 400 calories over. Could be worse?? :)

1.8 pound loss for me this week was a big surprise. I did have 5 very good days, but two indulgence days. The two indulged days still had some restraint to them as I look back. At the party on Saturday I stayed away from the sweets table. I also only had a very few chips ( less than a handful) I ate the pulled pork and the chicken with a fork instead of with a bun. The baked cream cheese stuffed jalapeños peppers were my biggest downfall.
Dinner out Thursday was mostly wine overconsumption.
I’m pleased that I didn’t eat from the bread basket or the fresh hot cinnamon roll that comes with dinner.

Nice @cindyk4919! (And those jalapeño poppers sound delightful!)

Today is going to be a challenge. I’m hoping to get a stretch video done and eat rationally! Happy Friday team!

This is a combo of fat and water; I can see fat loss though! My goal next week is to simply be at or BELOW this weight.

I can keep my status as “The fun Grandma”
I spent 2 hours at a water park walking up the stairs and then going down the slides. I’m quite certain that I couldn’t do that last year ( even if we COULD have done that last year). The 15 pounds lost has done wonders for my foot pain.
I took my Fitbit off before heading over to the slides. It was at 8.9 thousand steps BEFORE heading over to the park.
When I came back my Fitbit was totally dead!
I’ve been shopping for a new one, but being indecisive about the model to go with.
Oh and NO I did not stay under my calorie limit
