Over by 374 calories. We haven’t had an open jar of peanut butter in weeks. Today I opened one. I should not have done that. Lol. Oh well my ending calorie total is still in a weight loss zone.7 -

NSV: lost an inch from my waist.
Congrats on everyone's NSVs!
@MaltedTea, congrats however both pics are beautiful.
@WhatMeRunning Proper arch support is needed for PF (along with stretching exercises). I would see a Dr right away, especially since you love running. My chiropractor treated mine - who would've thought? Speaking from experience as my first attack 15 years ago went away - or so I thought. When the pain came back the damage was very severe. Do yourself a favour and don't ignore it.
Yes x 3 today.

Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes!
Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yes!
NSVs -- I love NSVs. Thank you everyone for sharing such wonderful, inspiring victories! My NSV: I am down one clothing size!7 -
@WhatMeRunning Plantar fasciitis is a bear if you don’t deal with it right away. Calf stretches are crucial. Also NatureMade turmeric definitely helps bring down the inflammation.2

My NSV is I am routinely wearing a bathing suit with friends now. They are taking pictures and posting them and I don’t mind.

I think I’m still scarred from high school when some on the basketball team called me thunder thighs. I have decided this is me - and I don’t really care what anyone may think anymore. I’m 56 and I’m living my lifetime best I can.- I fell into a funk that historically would have made me throw in the towel mid June, and I pulled myself out of it with minimal scale damage done and here I am ready to goTwistedSassette wrote: »My biggest NSV recently is being able to wear my engagement ring every day. It's been several years since it's been able to fit my finger comfortably. I'm still working on getting the wedding bands back on as well, but this is a great start! This pic shows my progress up to May, where I could fit the ring on, but couldn't wear it all day as it was still a bit tight. Over the last couple of weeks, I've worn it every day and night!
@WhatMeRunning - you honestly need to take care of that pf before it gets to the point you can’t run at all. There are some exercises you can do to help. Please look them up!
@MaltedTea - those are some impressive numbers!
My NSV - I have been wearing a pair of capris that I haven’t worn in years and they’re actually a bit big now. In addition, I had to wear a t-shirt for a event today. I’ve been wearing XL for years. Today I wore a L and it fit really well. That makes me happy.7 -
My NSV is that I have not had sugar every day. It's been every other day, but I'm going to make it every third day... Tracked, walked 10,000 steps, stayed in my range.8

Congrats on the very nice NSV and another 3 yes day @Jana_2020
Hope you have many pain free walks with your walking buddy in the future @snowshoe072
@JennyRebecca1978 that is indeed a nice NSV when that happens!
@clutterqueen considering how we can be our own biggest critics your inner critic is giving you some very nice compliments on the photos!
Congrats on the clothing victories @biketheworld

@TwistedSassette @Jana_2020 @clutterqueen @mshawski @biketheworld thank you for your PF insights! I am taking note of all of them.
I am taking this extremely seriously since first figuring out what it was yesterday, and taking measures already. I will almost certainly see a doctor about it, with the only reason I didn't today was due to how mild it is and even how it seemed better today. But I am familiar with ligament and tendon issues from some past bad tennis elbow and a mild achilles issue (probably related) and know they don't clear up quickly and have a tendency to come back.
I have good shoes fit to me with correct support in the form of my running shoes. I have never spared expense for my feet (or legs) be it shoes, socks, various rollers, balls, etc. The first things I did was:
1. Start wearing a retired pair of cushy running shoes (Brooks Glycerin) around the house. I suppose being primarily homebound since Covid and wearing only socks in a house with hardwood floors and my office in the basement with a concrete floor was not ideal for so long. I have already noticed a relief when standing after sitting for a long period while in shoes.
2. Started taking ibuprofen to address inflammation of the injured tissue.
3. Did not run this morning.
4. After feeling less discomfort in my first few steps upon waking, along with feeling no pain during the day I took an hour long walk which was also pain free.
5. I have rolled my foot on a golf ball.
6. I have otherwise rested my foot as much as possible today.
I have received great tips from others as well and am looking into some Strassburg socks in addition to the other suggestions listed here.
Please feel free to keep any tips/advice coming. The last thing I want is to not know of things that can help.
You all are great!4 -

Everything was tracked, but because this week has been packing/moving (almost 6 miles in the house again today) I have no exercise calories in my journal which makes me over for today. That's ok with me. I'm in this for the long run, and I'm being accountable which is my current goal.
@donnatrinity and @mrs_hoffer - glad I made you smile
@winnerinlife - I've thought the same. Back in september when I was doing those stairs, I was 30 lbs heavier which is likely why they are not as bad. Early may, I deciding to carry my groceries up the 6 flights and could feel the difference so our of curiosity I stepped on the scale with the groceries. They were only 25 lbs, but they felt quite heavy.
I want to keep commenting, but I am going to faceplant. Wonderful NSV's everyone!4 -
Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes. Full hour on Cubii
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes; got distracted looking up stuff to do a girls weekend with my besties from high school next summer and forgot to eat dinner (had it pre-logged and still well within calories).
Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yes
The NSVs are great. I don't feel like I have any good ones, but maybe it's just that I've stuck with this (mostly) and not snacking. I'm thinking more about it before I grab a snack and half the time decide the weighing/measuring isn't worth the calories.5
