WOOHOO @CasandraW @jenready great losses this week! WTG!
@izzyred9400 I think you're getting the hang of this maintenance deal pretty well...that smidgen of gain is expected as you calibrate your new normal...great week gal!
Trying to decide what I'm going to do today...got some errands to run...had a bad experience with Subway yesterday and my tummy is still mad at me. Didn't make bad caloric choices...it just didn't sit well...I looked at the nutritional chart and I think the fat content was a little higher than my normal...
Not going to push the walking front too much today as I woke up a little sore and it's been a hectic week. Just shooting for my normal 6k steps today so not going to do anything too strenuous. Started a new book yesterday so will likely see if I can conquer half of it today...
So, what's everyone streaming lately? I love great mysteries, dramas, especially legal or medical ones if anyone has a recommendation...nothing too graphic/violent please...I sometimes have nightmares. I have Hulu and Amazon Prime Video, Apple Plus, just not Netflix.
Hope you guys have a marvelous weekend! I'll post this week's This or That next...carry on!

Some fabulous losses going on.
The gains look.like ppl know why.
I've slept most of yesterday & today after hospital appt yesterday morning. Not had much to eat yet so I think tomorrow's weight will be a bit false & I'm expecting a gain next week.
Booked a short holiday to Liverpool, staying in a hotel that was the old airport made famous by the The Beatles- fabulous Art Deco building. So I won't have laptop access for a week after tomorrow.
Currently watching "12" on Netflix with hubbie.
I've been watching loads of military recently. Binged on "Six" season 1 days before hospital, we also watched "6Days" which is about the SAS & Iranian Embsay Seige in 1980s.3 -
Don't have a dog & hubbie washes cars -the pressure washer is his "toy".
Avoid dressings!
I don't drink milk or juice: sparkling mineral water or diet coke.
Not one for sunathing at beach, but I do love a walk aling the water's edge.
This is one of my favourite UK beaches.

We have two cats, but I enjoy petting all of the neighbourhood dogs while out for my nightly stroll.
Tried to make my own lightened up version of mozzarella sticks in my air fryer - DISASTER! Ha ha ha.
While more apt to go for a hike in the mountains, I dream of the day I make it back to a Caribbean resort 🙂3 -

Here's my This or That...
Wish I had a dog...want a little yorkie or morkiepoo SO BAD! But not sure my Hazel Joy (cat) would ever forgive me...she's just getting used to me! I would love to know more about your mozzarella stick disaster...I saw a few recipes on Pinterest for Air Fryer ones...haven't tried one yet. If there's a way to ruin it, I'd be the one to do it for SURE! I do like them, but only on occasion. Chose caramel because I don't eat chocolate...but would prefer something fruity...like strawberry or pineapple...was thinking of these as toppings for ice cream when I wrote this one...LOL I like milk, which is funny because my Mother had to fight to get me to drink it when I was a kid. Every picture of me with a bottle, had red kool-ade in it! LOL! I'm with @JoDavo66 in that I don't want to lay in the sun but love to walk the shore and that was a beautiful picture you posted!! I chose car, but I actually drive a compact SUV, which I think is classified as a truck, but...don't want anyone thinking I'm driving a truck! I'm quick to send an email in a minute, but miss the days of writing actual letters...was something exciting about getting it in the mail and having to wait for responses...2 -

Lol - I’ll just say this, if you make air fryer mozzarella sticks make sure you freeze the cheese strings first. Otherwise you end up with a puddle of cheese 🤪4 -

@JoDavo66 that is a beautiful beach
It's a good photo. Sadly the sea-side resort isn't as nice as my memories. It's an old Victoria Sea-side town, like many in UK, but it went down hill in mid-late 70s with the rise of package deals & air travel. We always went there when I was little and the beaches (North Bay & South Bay) have always been well maintained. It's only 2-3 hours( depending on stops) away so doable as day trip. Iove to go there to recharge.
The photo was taken from a cafe/bar/restaurant called Jerome's. The whole complex was originally "The floral hall" & like an exotic plant house, with tea-room, orchestra etc- tea-dances & concerts. My grandparents always went on holiday. It got into disrepair until 90s when someone bought it- the concert hall is a massive bar/restaurant, the cafe-bar (where photo was taken) has loads of outdoor seating & the 'glasshouse ' is now a kids adventure/softplay. Love how they modernised it.

Slightly gutted I have only lost oz!! I've had 4 days of barely eating with a 24 hour period of nothing but water! My whole "gut" as gone down loads (thanks to meds that totally emptied my whole digestive system). So I was expecting a good, even inflated loss. Just goes to show that being in isolation & bed meaning almost know steps/exercise isn't a good thing.3 -

It took me a while to figure out how to do This or Thst from my phone. I save it as a photo. Then I hit my editing button and it gives me an option to “mark up” my photo - so I use that to highlight my answers.4 -

A good end to the month after a terrible start. Ending at a 4lb loss overall is a bit of a glitch for my overall timeline goals, but given I started the first two weeks with a 7lb gain, it's definitely great to bounce back from that.
It's been a long time since I've had a consistent '4 weeks in the green' month, so fingers crossed I can pull out some consistency in August. So close to the 150s!!5 -

I need a truck to drive my horses around but greatly prefer a car for daily driving. Wondering if there will be other lefties. 😈
