1. Log all food & drink again β Aargh! β every little bit!
2. Do 1 form of exercise daily β Walking the mad hound β Wobbly E biking! Smashing these Yorkshire hills!
3. Take time out everyday to do something I enjoy - β β Ilkley Town AFC v Bury AFCβ¦. Bit of stewarding - not going to change career to that!
4. Improve work life balance - β β weekend!
5 Be within calorie range (1200 - 1680)β Not weighed or logged π β 1600 βish, but 500 in exercise. Had a veggie day today, lads didnβt comment on the plant alternative masquarading as chickenπ2 -

2) 3 fruits each day
3) 64 oz. water
4) swim, walk or bike, or aerobics ( aka as R. Simmons torture )
5) in bed by 1:00 a.m
6) 20 minutes self care

[1] Two walks of 30+ minutes per day β - Yes, walk #1 was 55 minutes, walk #2 was 35 minutes (+ 76 mins cycling)
[2] Keep calories between 1500 (+/-5) & 1800; β - Yes, 1,500 calories
[3] Eat 4+ servings of fruit/veg; β Yes, had a huge salad for lunch and roasted veggies for dinner
[4] Drink at least 1.3 litres of water; β Yes, 1.9 litres
[5] Complete at least one set of targeted stretches for a problem muscle area β Yes, full set of long hold passive stretches
[6] Minimum 25g fibre β Yes, 36g
My August monthly goals are:
To cycle a minimum of 200km - 23.32 km so far in August (whoop whoop, off the starting blocks!)
To score 6/6 on my 6 daily accountabilities for the whole of August β Yes, 2/2 days achieved.2 -
