Hang in there @TXRebelle! You will suddenly find your weight drops just like me. I had a shock this morning as my weight has been hovering for weeks. But this morning, the scale flashed 59kg (130lbs). So, I am thrilled! Its gonna happen to you too.. :) We are in Winter now here in Down Under. Our summer will be during Christmas (Dec-Feb). Sometimes, our body just got use to whatever we are doing and a change will get our body moving again.

As for the AUS and USA sizes, I am still a little confused. I buy a lot of clothes from Cotton On. I heard that there's Cotton On in USA too. I am a pear-shaped. So, in Cotton On, when it comes to my top half, I always go for size XS or S. But for my bottom, I will have to go for bigger pants and jeans, its always size 8. I also try to understand the clothes sizes around the world as I tend to get confuse when I talk to others from around the world. Here's an article which talks about the sizes - https://www.newidea.com.au/womens-jeans-size-chart-pant-size-conversion. So, if I follow the article, then I suppose to be able to fit into a US Jeans size of 4. I really don't know if that's correct or not.

@jadepearl - Due to the 110 heat index, I'm not going as hard core this week on the exercise and I'm also adding back in some on plan things that I've been avoiding so if the scale doesn't go up, I'll be thrilled. :) And if my waist still stays this low, I'll be happy.

I wonder what the difference in the AUS and USA sizes are. I can't remember how tall you are, but you weigh 30+ lbs less than I do and I wear 10 USA jeans. Actually, I can fit in an 8, but get the mushroom that shows if I wear tight shirts so I usually stick with my 10's. I'm also top heavy though.

    Thanks @ItsTime2BMe !

@jadepearl - Congrats on the happy scale numbers! :+1:
That size for you makes perfect sense. My bones are probably bigger than a US 4. You sound perfect as you are!!! I'm coming from a US 26 which would probably be like an AUS 50 ;) so even a US 10 feels great to me. For now. I've spent so much on clothing in my dieting life and given away so much rarely or never used clothing. I've never been at a size long enough to wear it out so I'm hoping that happens with my 10's before I break down and buy anything new.

Thank you @TXRebelle <3 OMG girl, you have done such a wonderful job in losing weight! So proud of you! Wohoo! Congratulations!!! I think I am much shorter than you. I am 159cm (which is about 5'2). My 2 kids are taller than me as my hubby is pretty tall...lol. So, I am the shortie of my family. So, what's your ultimate GW? For me, its 50kg (110lbs) and a AUS Size 6 for my pants / jeans. Then, I will start to maintain and hopefully will not gain weight ever again *fingers cross*

Thanks @jadepearl  I'm about 5'6". My "healthy weight" goal is 154. Since I'm top heavy, I feel like I'm pretty much there now, but wouldn't mind another five off my middle. :)
My vanity goal is 145, but anything below 160 would be a bonus for me as I was maybe 15 the last time I was this small and I was only 5'4" back then and very happy with my body in those days. I really don't want to get much smaller (at my age) because I don't want to be just one big wrinkle.

I came over from SparkPeople. I've followed Jason Fung M.D., Robert Cywes M.D. and Richard Bernstein M.D. who all promote a low carb/Keto diet. They have a lot of information on YT.
