Great job. How do you get all your water in? I have such a hard time drinking enough water. And I don’t drink soda. Gave it up years ago.

Goals/Comments: NSV able to wipe unmentionable areas both 🚻 and in shower. It's been 3 years so even though TMI I'm proud of my progress. Also walked 10 minutes twice yesterday outside. 1st time in ages since I did that. Of course my legs couldn't handle it so instead of during it daily as per my trainer going to try for every other day.
Also tried a new recipe: a new grain (Farro) supposed to be better than brown rice; with Black beans, peas & carrots, cauliflower, g Hughes bbq sauce, tomato paste, tomato sauce with lots of spices (cilantro, curry, chili powder, garlic powder, chili seeds, onion powder, coriander, sage, turmeric and ginger)
