    @kristiekay1962 Kristie, you have done so well, all month long, with exercise, logging your food, drinking your water and posting daily in this thread!! Now, if we can only get you under your calorie goal!! That being said, you did lose 3.2 pounds for the month, so it looks like you may have been "under" after all!

    So I totally blew September. I want to try again for October if I'm allowed to.

    My weigh in days for this will be:
    October 1 - 278.1
    October 8 -
    October 15 -
    October 22 -
    October 29 -

    Logging - no
    Under - no
    Exercise - 2 days last week
    Water - not enough

    I created a 12 week countdown chart for the remaining of 2021 to use so this aligns with that.

    I'm not consistent with daily posting because I forget to do it and life gets busy.... but I'll do my best.

    Disappointed in not trying enough but I still got down to 11,lb lol need to stay down though new month anyway to start fresh. No treat days this month
