My goal for the day was to get at least 5 servings of fruits and vegetables. I have met that goal.
I might try this for this coming week... I do eat a lot of fruits and veggies, however not everyday... this is a great daily goal!1 -

Thank you. It's been a while since I've experienced pain like that. Went to the doctor today for a dressing change. They said its healing well.1 -

I have had such a tough week mentally, I'm completely drained, and cannot find the energy to move.....I feel like I've let myself down this week! 😪
