Most of you that are joining the Seasonal 5% Challenge on MyFitnessPal are, in fact, 'frequent travelers', so having a Special Lounge for you to come and connect with (or reconnect with) several hundred of your friends seemed appropriate!

Thank you for creating the Winter 5% Challenge and accepting me into the challenge. Thank you to all the Leaders who encouraged and motivated us in the Fall Challenge. Thank you for the hard work. ❤️ I have been struggling to lose weight and I fall of the wagon countless times till I got into the Fall Challenge. I loss 4.6lbs and am very happy with that. Am looking forward to the Winter Challenge and hope to lose some more weight.
Also, would like to wish everyone who is celebrating "Happy Thanksgiving! Have a wonderful celebration with your family & love ones🦃❤️"

Thanks for doing these challenges and letting me join.
I’ve been around the 5% challenges on Sparkpeople for many years under various names as I’ve tried to reinvent myself when it hit the fan.
I know I’m in need of a group to keep me focused but wonder if it’s okay to join the community and follow the ltgls without joking a team and having the extra responsibility of trying to get points to help meet a target. I’m not in a magic place just now, nothing major, just overwhelmed a bit with the restrictions covid keeps throwing at us and having to deal with it for not just myself but my mum and my friend too. Their health and infirmity assistance all falls to me now and I’m not coping too well with the change in focus. We’ve each been very independent until now
