    @vicky2767 I started seeing a therapist about this time last year and stopped shortly before my mom passed, I should probably have started back to that sooner, but I started back a few weeks ago and I agree, it's really good to focus on your mental health, it can definitely play role in physical health and weight loss.

    Comments; took a few day break from my phone. Spent some needed time with my kids no electronics were allowed whatsoever...I got by with the fitbit. But the last few days I've tracked I've stayed under and make sure I exercised.

    Picked up a battle rope and kettlebells the other day. That's what my morning workout consisted of. Both those items are a must in your home gym equipment. I went to work today after that workout a little sore but it's going to be worth it in the end. Off to finish my day with an hour hike with my dog now.

    Exercise: Yes, 60 minute walk outside and fitmas challenge. Cats have been “helping” with the challenge. They were a good distraction today when I needed to pause a bit before doing another plank to push up.
    Didn’t do meal prep of any sort today for work tomorrow... I am on vacation this week! Not planning on doing much out of the house so hopefully I should be able to keep on track this week. Hoping to get a couple projects done around the house and has some plans to be on zoom/scener this week with friends.
