@Mrscanmore I will definitely look for you!! I used the app and my home spin bike for about 18 months, but then it started to fall apart. It was about 10 years old. I decided that I really would like to know if I'm putting on enough resistance or if my RPMs are anywhere near close so when they had a sale over the summer I splurged. I LOVE IT!! I also use the app for other things like strength, yoga, stretching, walking, etc.
I'm suezq60 so if you see that pop up it's just me.2 -

This week is going well. However, no eating after 7 pm is hard. I have started going to bed earlier, which is not a bad thing. After supper eating has been my biggest health challenge for a long time. The problem was eating way too many calories, equivalent to probably a fourth meal. So itโs amazing that I have been able to do this at all.

Knew it was up but not disappointed as I kept close (this could have been a double digit gain in past years) In addition l just really enjoyed my kids and company and am ready to get back to it.

Just some thoughts I need to write down and get off my mind.
Pondering my gain this week and the "why" behind my good feeling of being where I am vs. angry at any gain and spiraling to the cookie jar because... "already gained so why not"
Started Oct 1 tracking.. no diet no exercise.. just seeing what I was doing. highest weight 226 on 10/6. End of Oct 224.4. Started mind shift and food shift and exercise shift (when knee could handle it) Nov 1. Ended Nov 214.4. December = kids home from college and Holidays. Ended Dec at 207.6 after bouncing up and down based on food salt and beverages consumed... ending this week with a kiddo birthday and kiddos heading back to school. Next week will be my big jump back. I am okay with all of this and knowing how far I came in basically 2 months and didnt deny myself (even endulged) and can sit here down many inches and lbs be happy at the end of this and not upset or angry at myself is a great feeling.8 -

Itโs been a really good first week. The Jenny Craig has been working out well in combination with exercise.
Today I pushed myself farther by taking a walk outside at 17 degrees. Brrr! But it works well if I wear enough layers. And what a great feeling
when I came in from the cold having done it.

@redhatsenior Great week! It's funny, when I lived in Maine I used to walk year round, even in sub-zero temperatures. Now I live in Maryland and if it falls below 30 I don't want to go outside.
Might have to force myself to go outside today though, to let the germs blow off if nothing else.2 -

@sandkp that is awesome! Iโm so happy for you!!! One of my biggest goals this year is to not be so hard on myself and feel guilty for how much I eat or what I eat. And not be upset with myself for it. You are inspiring me! Keep going ๐
