    Tomorrow is my birthday and this is about as good a gift for which I could have asked. I will be celebrating but carefully, so hopefully won't see a bounce back. I'm on vacation this week and tomorrow starts my new month of walking, so at least I'll be working on that...hope y'all have a great day!

    Hi @LaurieWrobo justs tell me your daily step goal and your favorite place currently to walk and I'll get you registered. The chart is located on the same spreadsheet as our weigh ins just scroll down and you'll find it. Every few days post your steps and I'll keep them recorded. Welcome to the insanity!!! I really enjoy it!

    Hi my favorite place to walk right now is inside my home - it's too cold in WI to be walking outside + ice/snow
    My step goal is set pretty low for the season until it gets warmer/spring starts

    @LaurieWrobo I certainly understand the cold in WI...spent 6 yrs in MinneSNOWta before moving to Virginia! When you send your steps (for future, as I've got these), make sure to include the dates. Thanks!

    Ended up helping my husband last night for a sorta workout. He does siding, and got a ton of really nice, almost new siding from a building he is working on that we are going to put on our house in a couple months, but we had to pull nails and stack a bunch of it, so I got a decent workout in with that. I ended up with quite the headache though, so I decided to sleep it off and skip the gym today. Im going to try to get up in the morning but tomorrow is suppose to be super cold, so we will see on that.

    Apparently I'm retaining/inflamed as my muscles/arms hurt from the workouts I'm doing - lifting weights, bowling last night, etc. Drinking alot of water today to hopefully get it down

    My food has been pretty much on track this week- my husband doesn't have his chemo treatment until next Monday; hopefully I keep it on track - I worry about him so much and food has been my go to & I know that isn't healthy nor does it help him or me☹😥

    A bit disappointed, but this is the first week in months where I didn't lose even a little. That's a pretty good record. This was bound to come at some point. I do know that I've been eating all my exercise calories instead of half and that I have been snacking more. So I need to tighten things up this week. With the weather, I also haven't been exercising quite as much. Plenty of places to improve for next week.
