    UGH, today was warmer, and I woke up with a stiff neck/back. I did manage to get a workout in, but not as good of one as I wished but my movement is limited due to how I woke up.

    My goal 7,000steps/day
    Favorite place to walk is round the local golf course and junior college.

    @PamStellick You're killin it!!! Go girl!!! I'm struggling a bit today, but I've been walking a LOT this week...today I'm moving but taking it easier...no crazy videos, just simply walking...did 25 minute mile this morning...I'll do another later this afternoon. Hate that my vacation is ending...back to work on Monday UGH! I don't want to think about it. LOL! :blush: Hope you have a great Caturday...just check the chart every few days and if you see any empty spaces by your name, let me know...you'll get the hang of it...it becomes addictive, but it's a good habit, not a bad one, so there's that! Take care--you're doing great!
