    Goals/Comments: Feeling a lot better in my workouts since losing some weight with this group through January. This is keeping me accountable. Today I didn't want to do my workout, and even though it wasn't my best, I feel better for getting it done. :)

    Feeling very refreshed after 9 hours of sleep. 1st Semester Testing is complete and I can take a breather for a few days before we start prepping for Spring testing. I know these kids are tested and stressed out because I am tested and stressed out myself. Looking forward to getting outside and taking a nice walk today.
