I saw you did a Zumba workout. Sounds fun, but I’m dancing challenged, 🤪, is it hard? I tried years ago, but I couldn’t get the dance moves down and stopped after 1 class. Thinking of trying again though.

I am thrilled to see the number on the scale continue to go down! We're leaving Monday for a 2 week road trip to Texas so I won't be able to weigh in next Saturday. Hopefully when I get back I'll see a one or two pound loss. It was so disappointing to try on all of the clothes I wore before the pandemic 15 got me. I'm down 1/2 of that, so by this summer I should be back on track to feel more comfortable in those summer clothes. I'll just avoid looking in mirrors and windows on my trip and just enjoy being out and about again.2 -

What a whoosh! I am sure it will bounce up a bit next week thanks to my monthly but am enjoying seeing the 3lb drop this week, pretty sure I won’t see that again… My plan is slow and steady, aiming for 2-3lbs a month, not week.
