Goals/Comments: So last week I wound up binging 2 days back to back so Sunday I re-evaluate and decided to start a spiritual cleansing until Thursday. And lost all the weight I gain but .2 ounces so I'm happy (no you don't want to know what I weigh)
(NO JUDGMENTS PLEASE) Was supposed to go until tomorrow but forgot we will be on the road tomorrow for our Girls trip not a good time to break a fast🤣🤣🤣🤣 so drinking my tea and then smoothie and having some oatmeal. The great thing is I feel very energetic and revitalize.

I’m sorry. I have been struggling the last several weeks physically and mentally - sleep deprivation, insomnia, and migraines. I have not been diligent with posting. Some days I barely have an appetite.

Exercise: Yes, 20 active minutes during my pt appointment.
My creaky knee hasn’t had any noticeable improvement, but it has only been three weeks. This was my last pt appointment set up and not going to do anymore right now. If it wasn’t $50 a visit my therapist would recommend me coming in longer, but said I should still see improvement if I keep up with the home exercises, and I know what to do with those now.
Can always go back later if it gets worse but hopefully it won’t. I really don’t want to have the knee issues my family has had. It’s another reason to keep exercising and eating healthy1 -

Going to a musical tomorrow! Am mostly looking forward to it, my anxiety about being around all those people isn’t quite as bad as last time.
Figured I would do my cooking today and have food prepared to last through dinner Monday. Only sad thing is I just remembered I have a three day weekend, which is wonderful but means my long day at work is Tuesday this week, not Monday. Oh well, still don’t have to cook for three days.
I made Shakshuka, Broccoli cheddar brown rice cakes, an Apple onion chicken stir fry, roasted chicken for salads and roasted carrots and broccoli

Sorry guys. It’s been a rough week. My sister has been sick , they are not sure yet what’s going on. My other sister was supposed to come visit but can’t because she had an infection from. Procedure she had last month. So it kinda been crazy here. I haven’t been able to focus.
But, but friends of ours talked me into a 5k last year. It was in sept and It was hard. I had to walk it instead of run and I am determined to run this year. Found out this week it’s back to being in June. So I have 15 weeks to get my butt going. Did my first slow run this morning. 40 min 2.14 miles.4 -

Had a bit bigger and later breakfast knowing timing wise would not have a normal lunch. The musical was enjoyable and having dinner waiting for me at home helped me resist hitting a drive through on the way home. I got some Kirkland protein bars at Costco and I do not like them. It's hard to explain but it feels weird going down and makes my stomach feel weird for the first 10/15 minutes after eating them. I could only stomach about half of it.
I need to find something better to take along with me for next time. Most granola bars just feel like glorified candy bars and are not that filling but it’s better than no lunch at all
