So sorry. I am two days behind getting in my weight. My typical weigh in day is Friday but we have been out of town since last Monday. My husband's dad passed away a few months ago and we've been working to settle his estate. He lived out of state and he had no will or trust. We live in California but we had to travel to Texas to meet with the lawyers, realtors, etc. I totally forgot about my weigh in. Please give me a pass this week. I will try and do better this next week.5

Mixed bag yesterday. Lots of steps at school as I continuously walked from one end of the school to the other since I was administering the Workplace Readiness Skills Assessment. Eating and drinking suffered a bit...never got to eat lunch and had to start ramping down consumption of anything as surgery is today...See Ya'll on the Flipside!!3 -
