Mixed bag yesterday. Lots of steps at school as I continuously walked from one end of the school to the other since I was administering the Workplace Readiness Skills Assessment. Eating and drinking suffered a bit...never got to eat lunch and had to start ramping down consumption of anything as surgery is today...See Ya'll on the Flipside!!3 -
