Day 3 post-op much better than Day 2. Bloating is down a bit. Changed the bandages and everything looks like it is supposed to. Quite of bit of bruising which is to be expected. It's pretty weird not seeing that knot stick out of my belly button but it feels 1000% better...4 -

Getting a little stir crazy! Had a gentle reminder yesterday of why you listen to the doctors when they say Don't try to pick up anything over 5-10 lbs. I'm changing that to 2.5 - 5 lbs. Note to self: it's not a bad thing to ask for help on things you usually take for granted!!

No gain or loss of weight this week, which I am happy about as my life is pretty crazy right now. Hopefully next week I can get back to my normal gym and meal routine. Just remember Life will always gets in the way, we just have to keep moving forward.4 -

Slower weight loss this go-round, but I'm happy with it. I'd like to lose ~half a pound a week going forward, while also building back some muscle mass.
