    On my fitbit app at the bottom it as a spot that says "start logging your food" .
    I don't have it synced to MFP so I log food there to keep up with exercise calories. It also has graphs and gauges which makes It more visually appealing to me, than just a number. I am still working at making the logging part a habit,though.

    Ooooohhh I see it! @DaffyGirl88 you have to click “edit” at the top of the main page in the Fitbit app(the page that shows your steps at the top) then add the Food logging tile. Woooooow sneaky sneaky sneaky! Also it looks like I’ll get the best of both worlds since my MFP “speaks” to FItbit, my daily logs transferred over from MFP. And now I can see how Fitbit puts it into pretty charts! Thank you Brandi!
    Also, might I suggest for you to stick with MFP logging and allow it to transfer over to Fitbit like I did? It seems MFP diary has always been superior to others. It’s like the app developers know this and continue to spend the most time and $$$ on that feature. Anyway, Look how it transferred over! How cool! Thanks again! 🤗

    @brandi_84 and @Krysless2 I think I see it now! It's going to take some research / thought on my end to figure it out and understand the difference between that and MFP. For insurance, I clicked on 2/26 because it was pink indicating that I was over that day. It says I only burned 707 calories that day. Isn't my BMR higher than that? Also, I earned 110 calories from a 20 Peloton class that day. So is Fitbit saying that all other activity and bodily functions only burned 600 calories? 🤷‍♀️. I definitely need to read up on how they come up with that number.

    Also @brandi_84 I'm assuming you sent a friend request? Otherwise Im now friends with someone else. 😂 Thanks!

    Weigh-in
    Smlisley
    Monday March 6
    PW =231
    CW=231.6

    To be honest, I'm surprised it's not higher. I just started my TOM and I'm usually 2-3lbs up for the week lol.

    Looking forward to being under 230 next weigh-in.

    @Smlisley I love roller skating, but haven't been in years. There's nowhere near me to go. :( And some Ikea furniture requires 3 men and a boy to assemble so yes, I'd probably count it. LOL

    Sunday(Wk2; Day 1)
    Steps: 12226
    Total Calories: 2542
    Net Calories: 1864
    MUAC: Yes / No / Yes; I was waaayyy over calories; has anyone else noticed how bad Mfp’s lag is lately? It seems worse then usual
    As of Day 1: ❌🔘🔘🔘🔘🔘🔘

    Discovered a new challenge app for my Apple Watch and began that yesterday with my bestie! I’m also still wearing my Fitbit Inspire2 on my other wrist (thankfully, I work from home so I don’t look odd to THAT many people!😁) Had a big workout day! Increased my weight to 45lbs instead of 35 on the 30min circuit at PF, kept on my treadmill longer then usual. Needless to say, I slept better then I have in a very very long time!

    Are we suppose to log this daily? What do the metrics mean? I’m a newbie and wasn’t aware of this. I thought it was only weighin days we post. Thanks for clarifying in advance!💫

    @BlissfulK Posting daily is optional and part of the Mini Ultimate Accountability Challenge (see original post by @Krysless2 on page 3, copied below). The metrics are as follows: Track: did you track everything you ate today? Under: were you under your MFP calorie goal, including any calories earned from exercise? Exercise: did you get at least 20 minutes of exercise today? Let me know if you still have questions after reading the below. Also - it is not too late to join us!!! :)

    ****************************************************************************************************

    We are going to be running a daily post challenge or MUAC(Mini Ultimate Accountability Challenge) Based on another MFP Challenge called the UAC

    Participation in this challenge is optional but highly encouraged for the following reasons:
    - Helps to keep your goals in focus daily
    - Motivating to see others working on the same things and having the same struggles too. It's defintely a reminder that we're not alone and we are a team
    - Many of us who participate and have successfully lost weight, would all agree that the daily posting MUAC really is the key!

    The way it works:
    #1. Track EVERYTHING you eat that has calories.
    #2. Stay inside your allocated daily budget. (you set your own budget)
    #3. Try to do at least 20 minutes of activity a day (anything: walk, run, cycle, swim, gardening, housework, yoga, gym, etc.. As long as it gets you active and off the couch)
    #4. Check in daily (tracking yes/no, calories yes/no, exercise yes/no).

    ****End of the week. those who have managed to keep to plan for 6 out of 7 days are recognized in the thread as being part of the weekly "Winners Circle". This introduction was delayed, so I’ll start tracking for Week 2, which begins Sunday, March 6th
