😭 My doctor is looking into my thyroid. I've been having a really hard time with weight loss and other issues. While I don't want to have any issues... It would be nice to know there was nothing I can do. Until that comes back I'll keep trying. 😳😭

We had friends visit from out of town and they stayed with my sister so I slept over her house fri. Got no sleep what so ever. Sat I said I’m going home to sleep but couldn’t sleep sat night either. So yesterday was a wash for me. I was so tired. I napped kinda in the afternoon, while my husband cooked and cleaned. I did go to bed early and get a good sleep last night but I woke with a slight migraine. Headache gone, but sometimes the meds make me groggy. I work part time, but hoping after work to at least get a walk in with the dog.1 -

I was extremely hungry yesterday and I decided to feed my hunger. I have been reflecting what was my trigger. I do believe it is because I colored my own hair and just say the end result was quite noticeable but not in a good way. My self confidence perhaps.

Secret killer of good choices: sleep deprivation! Maybe that could be a factor and you haven’t connected the dots yet?
