    Under 100 carbs daily = 46
    Be active 3x a week for at least 20 minutes= Walked on my break. Cold and misty.
    Eat more produce=added veggies to lunch, dinner included a veggie. Snacked on some berries.

    I'm really over winter, but it sure is pretty outside today. My desk faces a northeast window and the sun is sparkling on the snow covered trees. I'll head out at lunch for a nice walk.
    I'm with you. I think the snow is really pretty, but I am so over it. Come on Spring!

    I'm really getting tired of seeing 166. I know my body is going through some changes and I can expect to hover here for awhile, but I am ready to move on! It's time! Sigh. I know...KCKO. Have a great day!

    3/10 walked 123 minutes 5.48 miles and burned 659 calories ... I am over carbs by 10 (thanks to my version of Keto ice coffee and my triple berry smoothie ...Calories on on point :)

    And there's that dreaded 166 again. I ate more carbs yesterday due to poor planning on my part. But I stayed in a calorie deficit. So all those people who say that the only way to lose weight is not by counting carbs/fat/etc but by being in a calorie deficit, can suck it! I know, I know...KCKO. Rinse, repeat.

    Feeling good again, energy levels up and steady again. Tweaking my dairy intake as yogurt is flaring up my histamine issues so going back to a little ricotta for breakfast. Seemed to work well last time.

    Still focusing on how I’m feeling after eating and through the day. I really do feel better. I think my body needs a small amount of natural sugars but not much.

    UGW-122 lbs. I was there in 2009/10 and kept it off for 5 years then got lazy.

    My goal is to continue with what seems to work for me. 1000-1200 calories, low carb 15 Net +/- 3(My body seems to not do well with carbs. It doesn't know how to burn them and hangs onto them way too much!), minimum 70 + oz of water, 2 meals/day on my days off(3) and 3 meals on my work days(which are long), exercise on my 3 days off. My weigh in day is Sunday.

    9/14/20 SW-255 lbs
    5/3/21-240.5 lbs Emergency Gallbladder surgery
    5/14/21-232.2 lbs started MFP and Low Carb/1000-1200 calorie while recovering

    Only had to shovel 3" so didn't take long enough for a workout. Sunday hit the elliptical for 50 min. My trainer is on vacation so will have to do some at home strength sessions. Slight bump back up on the scale but today is only the 14th. Will take measurements end of the month.

    Survived the trip to Cincinnati. I only had one small indiscretion with some gluten free brownies at The Melting Pot. Still came in under my 100 carb goal. I got some walking in taking my nephew to Jungle Jim's. Overall an enjoyable time!

    y'all doing great!

    My scale is doing the hormonal bouncy thing. Just trying to KCKO. I did very well NOT eating myself to death this weekend.

    Just waiting for results. I have to figure out my exercise today since I have to take the kids to a thing which encroaches on my regular workout window. I'll make it work.

    Yes. When the kids call, that definitely takes precedence! Unless they call all the time asking for money! LOL!

    Time change is starting to affect my energy level but our sons and their wives (all the kids LOL) are coming for dinner tonight. Oldest is buying his first house so bits of anxiety floating around. Weather will be spectacular here the next 3 days upper 50's 🎉✨
