So focusing on exactly how I’m feeling and trying to cut out the dairy again has made me understand that I really do feel better on a carnivore diet with some higher carb dairy. Physically and mentally. Very happy to have found my final answer and now looking forward to settling into my new food routine and feeling great every day.6

Be active 3x a week for at least 20 minutes= Walked on my break. Cold and misty.
Eat more produce=added veggies to lunch, dinner included a veggie. Snacked on some berries.4 -

Hang in there. My scale too is back to it's regularly scheduled Torture-Me-Bouncy-Default.
It shall pass. And I know it...hard to when your really really wanting the weight to GET GONE!
And for my update. See above. Back up .4lb. Knew it was coming. Bounce all you want for now, scale, you goin' down.

3/10 walked 123 minutes 5.48 miles and burned 659 calories ... I am over carbs by 10 (thanks to my version of Keto ice coffee and my triple berry smoothie ...Calories on on point4

3/11 did a walk from home 1.15 miles for 25 minutes ...I wanted an easy day today since we are going on a lonnng walk tomorrow ... I would like to walk 8 miles but will be thrilled if it is more
Loss 4.7 lbs this morning ..LTD is 29.5... I am over calories by 10 I am okay with that

I’m doing better on eating when hungry but still have that mindset of “it’s time to eat”. I’ve been cooking at home more and eating smaller portions (except for tonight) as I play around with when and how much I eat. Carbs a bit higher today but I lifted weights and walked 4 miles so I’m not too concerned there. The scale is up and down so basically maintaining. Ultimately I’d like to shed 10 pounds but am not sure that will happen. Til then I’ll just keep low carbing on.5 -

And there's that dreaded 166 again. I ate more carbs yesterday due to poor planning on my part. But I stayed in a calorie deficit. So all those people who say that the only way to lose weight is not by counting carbs/fat/etc but by being in a calorie deficit, can suck it! I know, I know...KCKO. Rinse, repeat.4 -
Feeling good again, energy levels up and steady again. Tweaking my dairy intake as yogurt is flaring up my histamine issues so going back to a little ricotta for breakfast. Seemed to work well last time.
Still focusing on how I’m feeling after eating and through the day. I really do feel better. I think my body needs a small amount of natural sugars but not much.4 -

3/12 we walked 11.48 miles today..my goal was 8 miles...time was 283 ...I burned 1463 and steps after walk was 27,469..food is on point...just not real hungry today...I hope everyone is having a great day🙂5

UGW-122 lbs. I was there in 2009/10 and kept it off for 5 years then got lazy.
My goal is to continue with what seems to work for me. 1000-1200 calories, low carb 15 Net +/- 3(My body seems to not do well with carbs. It doesn't know how to burn them and hangs onto them way too much!), minimum 70 + oz of water, 2 meals/day on my days off(3) and 3 meals on my work days(which are long), exercise on my 3 days off. My weigh in day is Sunday.

Only had to shovel 3" so didn't take long enough for a workout. Sunday hit the elliptical for 50 min. My trainer is on vacation so will have to do some at home strength sessions. Slight bump back up on the scale but today is only the 14th. Will take measurements end of the month.

Survived the trip to Cincinnati. I only had one small indiscretion with some gluten free brownies at The Melting Pot. Still came in under my 100 carb goal. I got some walking in taking my nephew to Jungle Jim's. Overall an enjoyable time!4 -
